Approach
My approach blends cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques through a collaborative and engaging process that is supportive, accepting and solution-focused. I rely on research - backed, evidence-based therapy techniques, empathy, warmth and plenty of humor to foster a safe, inclusive space that encourages exploration, introspection, and growth.
I work to help my clients make sense of life’s complexities and challenges, and I provide support and tools to help them create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.Life’s challenges and pressures can leave us feeling exhausted and overwhelmed, but with the right support we can emerge stronger and more resilient than before. Resilience isn’t something we’re born with- it's something we can build and strengthen over time, which is pretty amazing!
